Robert M. Goldman joined Summer Street Research Partners in 2007 as a Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking. During his nearly 20 year involvement with healthcare, he served as a medical industry line manager, consultant, and investor. Bob was a highly ranked specialty pharmaceutical analyst and medical technology analyst with firms including Smith Barney (now Citigroup) and Dean Witter Reynolds (now Morgan Stanley) where he achieved top 3 rankings in national polls conducted by Institutional Investor, Greenwich Research Associates, the Wall Street Journal and StarMine. During his analyst career, Bob was involved in several IPO’s, secondary offerings, and merger and acquisition assignments. He subsequently served in senior management positions, including Director of Research, Director of Sales and Trading, and Head of Equities for international banks, including BNP Paribas, where he served on the Global Equity Executive Committee. Bob holds a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and the CFA designation. He is a member of the national engineering honorary society (Tau Beta Pi) and the national chemistry honorary society (Phi Lambda Upsilon).

 
Mr. Matthew H. Dormer

Prior to joining Summer Street Research Partners, Matt Dormer worked for Wellington Management Company in the Portfolio Advisor Group and was formerly an associate analyst covering the biotechnology sector at Fulcrum Global Partners in New York City. Prior to his experience in biotech equity research, Mr. Dormer was a scientist for a start-up biotech company, and a research associate and teaching fellow at Harvard University,  where he conducted research on tumor suppressor genes.  Dormer has an MBA in finance from Northeastern University and a BS in Biology from Davidson College.
